Not the whole house but separate apartment front 1st fl. Bedroom, bathroom, living room w/ sofa, dining room, small washer/dryer. No full kitchen, no kitchen sink. Small sink, small shower in bathroom. Potential for noise from host side, neighbors, street. Finger Lakes, Rochester, Shopping, Skiing, Lake Ontario beaches, all in the region.

My place is right on the lake and great for summer activities. The deck hangs out over the water overlooking the beach and dock. Outdoor opportunities include your own hiking trail on five acres of land behind the house, cycling, swimming, kayaking and canoeing. It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, and pets who like to swim. Currently, New York State charges 8% sales tax and Yates County charges 4% Occupancy Tax which is added to the amount you pay when booking the space. Sorry.

Esten-Wahl Farm - Historic Landmark Victorian Home

The farm is 30 acres of pasture, woods and a stream - peaceful, yet within a bike ride to the village of Fairport and the Erie Canal. There is a small cottage hidden behind the historic barn where we live and care for the animals on the farm. Our guests' privacy is paramount and the farm is yours to wander and enjoy (including the pool and tennis court) as you wish! The pool is open May 15th through September 15th.
