Aspiring Road Lake House

Situated across the road from the lake, the Aspiring Road Lake House is 50m from Wanaka's main swimming beach and a casual walk along the lake front to the restaurants, bars and shops of central Wanaka or in the other direction "That Wanaka Tree". The walking and cycling tracks to Waterfall Creek and Glendu Bay are right there and the house is on the road to Roys Peak, Treble Cone and 1 minute to the Cadrona road which takes you to the Cadrona Ski Field or over the Crown Range to Queenstown.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located in Albert Town near the Clutha river, it is a 2 minute walk to the Patisserie, Four Square shop, Pub and Takeaways, with a great swimming hole a 5 minute stroll from home. The home has a sunny sheltered deck and I am often on hand for any tips and tricks, as I have moved into my back yard garden. There are two bikes and two kayaks available for use as well. We have cycle tracks in all directions to explore the surrounds.

The house is double glazed and heated or cooled by heat pumps in the lounge and all bedrooms. All beds have electric blankets. Appliances include - Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, Stereo, 65” TV with Chrome cast and Sky Sport. BBQ and outside table and chairs. All bed linen, towels etc. supplied.

This is my holiday house, built in 2017. Sun drenched in Summer and warm and cosy in Winter. Heated/Cooled by heat pumps x 3 and a wood fire. The ideal get away! Situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood surrounded by permanent residents. Quick stroll to the lake, hotel/bar/restaurant and convenience store. 15 minutes from Wanaka and 45 minutes to both ski fields. You’ll love it, as I do!
