Parking on available on drive.

All on the first floor with separate entrance - we live downstairs. Adaptable - contact to discuss more than three guests. Consists of two double bedrooms (one regular double and one small double bed), shower room and separate living area. Living/dining space has small kitchenette area with a fridge, microwave, kettle, single hob and toaster plus dining table for four. Also has small lounge area with a Smart TV.. The Cottage is an open plan building next to the entrance to Corfe Common in a tranquil setting. Downstairs there is a King-size bed & upstairs there are 2 single beds . Sleeping areas are open plan but have thick curtains that can be drawn to create a private and cosy space. Downstairs has Wet-room with sink & separate toilet & sink New Kitchen WiFi Log burner and 2 free basket of logs South facing Patio Parking 2 cars 5 mins walk to Corfe Village Pets welcome.

The self contained Garden Room Annex

The private Annex has it's own access via the rear garden and is connected to the house via a lockable door. The Annex is a bed sitting room with basic kitchen facilities, a shower room and outside area, all for your sole use. You can choose a Large double or 2 single beds in the room. Towels, soap and linen are provided. Teas/coffee/milk available in the room. TV, Fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, fan, iron/board, plates, cutlery. There's an Airfryer available on request.
