It is a detached cottage with 2 good sized bedrooms, a bathroom with a walk in shower cubicle, dining kitchen, living room and beautiful conservatory looking onto a well kept secure garden and gently flowing 'burn'. There is private parking at the front of the cottage and there are a few steps both leading into the front and rear of the cottage. It is situated rurally so a car is definitely recommended.
