It is serene, peaceful located 3km from the main road 63 and motorized boats are not allowed on the lake. You'll be surrounded by mature trees and a variety of birds and animals. There is a private, sandy lakeshore with its own big T-shape dock. It's perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing. The cottage is private,clean and comfortable. That's why only six houses are located on a large area at comfortable distances for guests. The glass in the living room and the spacious terrace provides unique views regardless of the time of day or year (the houses have a fireplace and central heating). The shared area consists of extensive lawn areas and a vegetable garden.

Our house is ideal place for families seeking for active vacation time on water, bicycle in the forest as well as for people looking for a place for chillout and rest in the nature. It's also a paradise for watersports fans and fishing addicts.
