Welcome to our tropical oasis, only 800 meters walk to the beach. Our eco-friendly home sits on 1.5 acres of beautiful gardens and features a spacious veranda and private swimming pool. Our home is partially run on solar power and the gardens and swimming pool are fed with collected rainwater. Between dips in the pool and swims at the nearby beach, take a meditative walk among the 40+ coconut trees, tropical flowers, & endless plants. We hope SunPeople serves as a quiet and lovely retreat space.

The property includes an outdoor pool and Free Wi-Fi available throughout the property. Entire private house with exclusive use of the pool, garden, terrace, and all guest areas. No other guests stay on the property. Janet, our caretaker, lives in separate accommodation near the entrance and maintains the property and pool. Her area is separate from guest spaces, and most guests have little or no interaction with her. Maximum occupancy is 3 registered guests. Visitors, parties, and events are not permitted. The beach is a 12–17 minute walk or about 3 minutes by car.

The house is in a secure and private location; a 2 minute walk from Mida Creek, and a leisurely 15 minutes to the main beach. All bedrooms are ensuite, with ceiling fans and air-conditioning. The pool area, outdoor entertainment area and games room allow plenty of space for guests of all ages to have fun and relax. The house is staffed by a house manager and a cook.
