This is a single bedroom dwelling with 2 sliding patio door entrances and decks. One entrance leads to the master bedroom and the other is the living room area. Explore nearby hiking trails or gaze upon the horse pasture with friendly horses that will come right up to the back patio for some gorgeous photo opportunities.

Sit by the year round creek and enjoy the soothing sounds of water meandering its way beneath the lush green trees as the sunlight peaks through the branches and dances on the water. Canoe or kayak (both provided) directly from the property and it's 400 feet of riverbank access. Use our fishing polls to catch Catfish and Crappie from one of Tennessee's cleanest rivers, or simply spread out and enjoy lawn games and other amenities over the property's 5 acres of well-kept land.

Laurel Hill Cabin

The "Cabin" is located at the entrance to Laurel Hill Wildlife Management Area. There are miles of horseback trails winding through over 14,000 acres within the WMA. There are 2 lakes with ample fishing. Trout are stocked numerous times throughout the year in both the VFW lake & Little Buffalo River. There are 29 miles of gravel roads open to horse traffic most of the year. Local attractions include Eagle Creek WMA, David Crockett State Park, Amish Country, and Crazy Horse Canoe rental.

Downing Hollow Farm is a 35-acre retreat tucked into a quiet hollow in the rolling hills between Memphis and Nashville. Beautiful in every season, it’s located in Middle Tennessee, just east of Savannah—30 minutes to Pickwick Landing State Park and the Natchez Trace Parkway, 20 minutes to White Oak Falls, and 45 minutes to Shiloh National Military Park. Quiet nights and open fields, fireflies at dusk, murmuring creeks, and whippoorwills call through the cool, star-filled evening air.

Storybook Farm Tennessee, Guest House

Stay at our quiet, safe, and private horse facility/mini farm. Ponies to draft size horses call it home. Various other farm animals live here. The guest house is a three bedroom modular home with two baths. You have the house to yourself. There is a carport not included and is used for storing horse drawn equipment. Beyond the pasture to the east is a wooded area with a trail that borders the Green River. The farm is 9 miles from the Buffalo River. It is 2 miles to town.

My studio cabin is surrounded by hardwood trees, walking trails, and graceful meadows. There are plenty of family-friendly activities nearby including a disc golf course, The Farm Community, antique shopping, Amish markets, and the best BBQ in Tennessee. You’ll love staying in this quiet, peaceful cabin in the woods because of its coziness, high ceilings, natural light, and location. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Pets are welcome with advance notice.

Getaway at The Grove is a newly remodeled house within walking distance to a Buffalo River Blueway access and a short drive to the Natchez Trace Parkway. The house includes two bedrooms, full bathroom, spacious living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, and oversized laundry room which includes a twin bed for a seventh sleeper if needed. The back yard offers a relaxing space to sit around the fire pit and unwind.
