We've hosted lovely folks from all over the world since 2017 in our family home--and now, we embark on a renovation journey. Changes for 2/1/26 + New sleeping arrangement; double-bunk bed replaced with 1 King bed + House capacity changes from 10 to 8 + Upgrading living room sofas and chairs + Repainting 3 rooms This is just the start of a broader vision we expect to complete by 2028. Grandma's House is in the heart of the Black Hills, located 1 mile from Hill City, it is minutes away from Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park and more. It sits alone on the edge of a meadow with hills directly behind it and a small, bubbly creek in front of the house. It has plenty of room for kids to run and play outside, and a cozy, quaint inside for families to enjoy each other's company. Grandma’s House is available for extended stays November thru April. This area has great ATV and kayak, trail ride rentals near by! Feel refreshed when you stay in this rustic gem.

A unique, secluded, rustic cabin nestled on 10 acres of Ponderosa pine forest. Enjoy morning coffee on the sunny, spacious deck, afternoon picnics by the creek, a cozy wood fire in the evening and a sky full of stars at night. Only 12 minutes from great food and cafes in Spearfish; 20 minutes to Deadwood. The cabin is best for couples, families and groups of close friends. Note limited privacy; there are no bedrooms with doors you can close.

This beautiful 3-acre property, once the Swisher Farm, is today a working homestead, dozens of chickens, and a large garden. This cottage is handmade, from the bespoke front door to the custom 2-headed shower. We know you'll appreciate the details!

Welcome to Tenderfoot Creek Retreat! You will find yourself surrounded by towering evergreens of the Black Hills National Forest, and steps from the Mickelson Trail. You will occupy the entire main or 2nd floor of this rustic residence. Close to all the major Black Hills attractions yet you will feel at one with nature. Tenderfoot Creek can lull you to sleep or greet the morning with its soothing chatter.

Hideaway on Bridge Lane

2 bedroom 1 bath home with mountain lodge decor. Home overlooks picturesque creek that allows for wading and trout fishing. Home is 8 miles outside of Rapid City. We have Century Link for the internet it sometimes does not work . If you need to have internet 100% of the time this will not work for you. Because of the hills internet is only available thru Century Link and it is not always dependable.
