Flint is 3.7 miles from the sea on a quiet country lane with far reaching rural views. Our 2 story annexe is attached to the far end of our 1795 flint cottage. Private, peaceful, characterful & cosy with all the modern fixtures for short/long stay. A comfortable super king bed or made up as twin single beds. Suitable for babies and I have a child camp bed. Fully equipped kitchen great for home cooking. Open plan kitchen/living room, doors opening out to private patio, spacious free parking.

With footpaths from the front door leading to the gorgeous Norfolk coast or to Felbrigg Hall, Fernhill is the perfect base for exploring. Cromer town is only 5 minutes away, with ample amenities.

Enjoy a relaxing stay half a mile from Cley Marshes (Norfolk Wildlife Trust) visitor centre and a mile from the sea. It is an ideal location for bird watchers, walkers and cyclists. This warm and comfortable well presented modern refurbished small annexe (one guest only) benefits from en-suite shower room, independent access, outside seating area/patio and secure parking on site. With one bedroom, it's ideal for couples, or single travellers. Small dogs are welcomed. The apartment is fully equipped to cook at home.

A peaceful getaway for two, we can cater for special occasions on request. It's a great base to explore Norfolk's beautiful countryside. Its location is very convenient being close to Norwich, Norfolk Broads & only a few miles away from the popular coastal towns of Cromer, Sheringham with stunning beaches. The Old Farm Office is private and fully self-contained; guests have their own entrance to a hall, separate fully fitted kitchen, shower room, lounge/bedroom and private garden.
