You enter our house,that is on the 1st floor without our presence. There is a safety box next to the house entrance with the key. Our house is very spacious and includes a sitting and dinnning area, three modern bedrooms with air condition and 1.5 bathrooms. It stands right on the Agrapidia beach. The only thing you will need, is your bathing suit and your flip flops. Important note: Please before booking , make sure that you have read all the information given about our house and the island.

Kalamies Apartments - by secluded beach - Apt 2

A beautiful secluded beach and a lush garden make this an ideal island getaway for those in search of a peaceful holiday, immersed in nature. In a large garden are three modern, spacious apartments, suitable for solo travelers, couples or families. The smallest apartment is an open space studio, while the largest has two floors and 3 bedrooms. A short, 3 minute walk leads to a quiet beach with few visitors. Shops and restaurants are in the village of Skala, 3 kms (2 miles) away.

Cozy_Studio

Το Cozy_Studio είναι ένα μοντέρνο, φωτεινό διαμέρισμα 33τ.μ. στην περιοχή του Καστελοκάμπου της Πάτρας. Βρίσκεται στον 1ο όροφο, είναι διαμπερές και με όμορφη θέα. Απέχει μόλις 5χλμ. από το κέντρο της πόλης και 5 λεπτά οδικώς από το Πανεπιστημιακό Νοσοκομείο του Ρίου και το Πανεπιστήμιο. Είναι πολύ κοντά στις αθλητικές εγκαταστάσεις του Προμηθέα, Τόφαλος και Golden tennis club. Βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη γειτονιά δίπλα σε σταθμό τρένου, στάση λεωφορείου και μόλις 80μ. από την παραλία.

Quiet Little House on the Beach

Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Gaia apartment is located in Old Alykanas at Zakynthos island. Is right on the beach and offers a memorable stay in Zakynthos. Gaia is suitable for 4-5 persons, families or group of friends.
