There is a family bathroom. The apartment block is opposite a spectacular beach and a short stroll to the centre of Whitby. Parking is offered on a first come first served basis on our private car park. free scratch cards for on street parking are also included. Situated on the 1st floor, accessed by lift or stairs.

Dryden Cottage, Whitby Harbour - Beach side

This cottage is all about the view! Beach-side location at the base of the 199 steps - perfect for exploring the beautiful historic town of Whitby. Browse in the eclectic independent shops and sample the finest seafood in the local eateries. Walk up to the abbey, stroll along the piers and collect fossils from the beach, take a ride on the steam train to the neighbouring villages and explore the moors. Please note due to the beach side location of the cottage, there is unfortunately no parking.

Maritimus Cottage

A 300 year old fully modernised luxury fishermans' cottage retaining many original quirky and unique features. Located on the harbour side with a small beach and just minutes from all the old town local restaurants, bars and shops and the famous 199 steps to the abbey. Guests can enjoy fabulous views directly on to the harbour/ beach and out to sea. It's near impossible to find a front line location/luxury holiday cottage with stunning views in front of the harbour and beach, this is the one.

Boutique York City Centre Studio-Free Parking inc

This ground floor studio is located in a converted warehouse within the city walls. It was converted in 2018 so the interior is in great order and the exterior looks onto water views. With a 5 minute walk to the main historic area/main shopping area and a 2 minute walk to major supermarkets, the studio is well connected. Wifi included. Sandside Retreat is situated in the heart of Whitby’s Old Town, at the foot of the iconic 199 steps leading to the Abbey. ; whilst tucked away for peace and quiet. Just a stone’s throw away from Tate Hill Sands, harbour, shops, restaurants and bars. Sleeping up to 3 guests, it features a cosy living room with separate kitchen/diner. There is a private patio which overlooks the sea towards the East Pier. Unlike many cottages to the East Side, there are no steps leading up to the cottage.
