Our guest house is a private detached studio apartment. Close to many local activities, including Kingdom Trails mountain biking, V.A.S.T. snowmobiling, Burke Mountain Resort and beautiful Lake Willoughby. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, range with oven, toaster, coffee pot, silverware, glassware, and cookware. The bathroom has an upright shower, and full linens and towels are provided. We invite you to come stay with us and spend time seeing what Northern Vermont has to offer.

Our guest house is small (120 sq ft), cozy, and the perfect place to set up base for exploring. Though small in size, the space includes a table that converts into a bed, a bed above the table, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a full sized shower. In the water! Two story boathouse. Originally built in 1939 and parked boats in until 1972. Converted to living space in the early eighties. The upstairs consist of a bedroom walk in closet and a balcony. The downstairs is a living room, kitchen and bathroom. Walk out the door to the patio , dock , and beach! You won't find anything closer to the water! The balcony is the perfect place to watch the sunset, thunderstorms, or sip your morning coffee. Watch the fish out the window!
