You have the entire ground floor, a two-room suite with large window views of Mt. Hood & the Columbia River. Windsurfers, kiters & sailboats zip across the river right below the hot tub & patio. Level 2 EV charging station. The bedroom has a TV & comfortable queen bed. The TV room has a gas fireplace & 46-inch TV. Our food prep area has a microwave, toaster oven, coffeemaker & fridge. It does not have a sink or stove. White Salmon is 3/4 mile and Hood River is 2 miles, across the river.

Columbia Gorge Recess

Great for the whole family, multiple families, couples and friends! Minutes from Main Street and all the Gorge has to offer. Recreation, wine tasting, and dining. 10 minutes to Hood River. Home sits on a 1/2 acre with spa, sport court for basketball, Pickle Ball, volley ball, and badminton. Deck, gas bbq and fire pit. Inside Sonos music system w/ turntable and a 65" OLED TV w/ surround sound for movie time. 3 night minimum in the summer and 2 nights the rest of the time. Come relax and enjoy!

Relax in our cozy Eagles Nest, have a glass of local wine or beer and enjoy the picturesque view. This house is close to local wineries, waterfalls, breathtaking hikes, Mt. biking, river rafting, paddle-boarding, kite-boarding and downtown Hood River! The house is perfect for 6 guests and a behaved pup, $35 pet fee (owners must follow pet rules)

River trails right out the door for walking, fishing, kayaking. Great spot for foraging, wildlife sitings and star gazing. Furnished kitchen, BBQ on the deck, super comfy bed. Our well is spring fed and glacial. It gets dark and quiet at night. Come reconnect.

Located in the middle of a large lot, it's very quiet and private with off street parking and a 2 car garage for storing toys such as kayaks, skis, or wind surfing equipment.

Welcome to our family home since 2001. We are located in the heart of the Columbia River Gorge, 4 blocks from downtown White Salmon, and a 5 minute drive from Hood River. You will have use of our entire main level, with 3 bedrooms, a brightly lit bathroom, large kitchen, formal dining, comfortable living room, deck with BBQ and a private setting with mature landscaping that provides incredible shade all afternoon. Cabin 43 on the White Salmon River

Cabin 43 is a new home we built ourselves located right on the wild and scenic White Salmon river. We finished this project (June, 2020) and are excited to share this beautiful place with guests. It features a King bed in 1 room and 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom which can be pushed together to make a 2nd king bed. We live in a cluster of 8 other cabins down gravel road in a very serene forest setting with a large field out front and private river side walking trails.
