Less than 2 miles from the old fishermen’s Cornish villages of Kingsand & Cawsand and on the outer edges of the Mount Edgcumbe Estate, we have lovely woodlands behind us and the tranquil waters of Plymouth Sound in front. 🌊

Luxurious home secluded location with rural views

The Lodge is a newly renovated property. It is completely self contained with its own screened patio area. The living space is open plan with a large kitchen, table and chairs, two sofas and a satellite TV. The bedroom downstairs can be made as a kingsize bed or two singles depending on requirements. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room. Upstairs there is a kingsize bedroom with a Velux window and a luxurious bathroom with a beautiful round window. The Lodge is a 5 min drive to the beach.

The Old Sunday School is located in the picturesque and peaceful village of Harrowbarrow with stunning views of the Tamar Valley and beyond. The Grade II listed former Wesleyan Sunday School retains many of its original features and has been recently refurbished to a high standard with a contemporary interior including a large ensuite bedroom with dressing area and glass partition giving a mezzanine feel to the beautiful open-plan living space. 'A cosy coastal retreat overlooking the beautiful Whitsand bay with beach access via the cliff footpath' JARU is situated in a stunning location on the idyllic Cornish coastline that is known as Freathy and offers breathtaking sea views with Rame Head to the East and Looe to the West. Dogs are welcome at the chalet for a small charge and the beaches are dog friendly all year round. Bed linen and towels are also provided. Parking permit provided for Field 3 Freathy.

A charming small two bedroom chalet situated on the South West Coastal Path on the Rame Peninsula, The Nooke sits in unarguably Portwrinkle’s finest location – a private cliff top garden directly overlooking the beach with views across the ocean from Rame Head to the East and Looe Island and beyond to the West. The spot has been in the owners family since the 1920s. Recently undergoing a full makeover we as a family are very proud to share it with you.
