These cozy Coastguard Cottages have a rich history. Built in 1820 by Customs Excise to keep an eye on smuggling that was rife 200 years ago in Cawsand and Kingsand. The stone cottage boasts spectacular sea views of the bay and backs on to Mt.Edgecumbe deciduous woodland, home to many types of birds, flora and fauna. A stylish and comfortable cabin with breathtaking views across the Atlantic ocean. The perfect cosy retreat in a truly idyllic location. Please note there is no parking beside the cabin itself. Parking is available May-November in a nearby field where you can leave your car in a designated bay. You will then carry your luggage items across the road and down the cliff path to the cabin. If you have mobility issues then this should be considered before booking.
