This is a self contained and is the residential part of a barn conversion. It consists of 2 bedrooms upstairs. One with a super king size bed. The other with 2 single beds. Downstairs there is a study/single bedroom, a large sitting room, large kitchen and bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. The indoor swimming pool is across a courtyard and is 10x5m. The modern space includes a king-size bed, workspace, smart TV and kitchenette with living space on the ground floor. The annex is separate to the main house and a patio is located outside the annex, overlooking the garden - not use when we have guests. Located between Liverpool and Manchester, with Padgate, Warrington Central and Birchwood stations nearby. Easy access to the M62, M6 and M56. Close to attractions such as Gulliver’s World and Walton Hall & Gardens. On-street parking available.

The Hay Barn

Luxuriously Rural Sensitively converted, the Hay Barn is a blend of traditional exposed beams and vaulted ceilings with luxurious modern furnishings, king size bed and amenities. The cosy guest suite includes a living room with TV, leather sofa and armchair, small dining table and 2 chairs. There is a compact kitchen area equipped with combination oven/microwave, hob, fridge and all essential crockery and cookware. The bedroom has an oak framed king size bed with matching bedside tables and is furnished with pine furniture, curtains and a blind. The shower room is spacious and is en suite to the bedroom. There is gas central heating and blinds to most of the windows.

1750's cottage with open fire and beams

Take it easy at this unique and cosy cottage with a real open fire and original beams. The cottage was constructed in approximately 1750 during the reign of George II. The cottage is constructed from wood and stone and there is not a straight wall, ceiling or door casing in the house! You learn very fast (after banging your head once or twice) to duck under the low door frames and beams. The cottage is small, quirky and very cosy but with a suprisingly large master bedroom and bathroom.

The annex, detached from the main house, is set within a beautiful landscaped garden. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and a Smart TV (you will have access to Sky, Netflix, Apple+, Paramount) the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The separate living area has a dining table, sofa and small fridge. Tea and coffee making facilities, cutlery and crockery (for takeaways etc.) are provided. Parking is at the front or side of the house. There is access to strong WiFI . Pets are welcome.
