The Winchester Pad

The Winchester Pad is a spacious, modern townhouse ideally located within walking distance to the city centre and rail station to London. There is good road access in/out of the city and two free car parking permits are provided. Guests love it; with genuine accommodation all to themselves for 8 guests in 4 bedrooms and all the facilities required for an enjoyable stay. We welcome families, couples or 'professionals' from around the world seeking accommodation in this friendly, bustling city.

Cow Shed - Barn

A spacious ground floor suite. Watch fiery sun sets & brown eyed cows walking past to drink. Enjoy outdoor & indoor dining. A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Our first floor suite.

St Michael's Hall, City Centre

St Michael's Hall is a unique, newly renovated church hall in the heart of the historic city centre. A stone's throw from the Cathedral, College, buzzy high street and water meadows, it's the perfect base to explore everything Winchester and the surrounding area has to offer. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, meaning it's as suitable for two couples as it is for a romantic city break or four friends. One on-street parking permit is available, while the train station is a short walk away.

Treetops is a spacious, lovely & private first floor three bedroom flat. There is everything that you could need for a comfortable stay. The well-equipped flat has its own entrance, a lounge/diner kitchen, hall, 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. It can sleep up to 8 people. Treetops is in a beautiful environment approximately a mile from the centre of Winchester and the train station. Shops, takeaways & a restaurant are only a 5-minute walk away. There is on-site off-road parking available.

A stylish secluded, two storey, oak framed barn with tennis court, 4 miles from Winchester. Homely space with two bedrooms plus a sofa bed (upon request) and ground floor open plan living area. Super fast WiFi. The Barn adjoins the Watercress Way and stands separately in the grounds with views over open Hampshire fields. Nearest neighbour c.1 mile away but there is loads to do in the area with an abundance of country pubs, one or two within walking distance and beaches within 50 minutes

The Woodshed

The Woodshed is right in the heart of the South Downs National Park, between the villages of Warnford and Exton, a secluded and peaceful space surrounded by a working farm. The Woodshed has a view of Old Winchester Hill that is magic. Activities in the area include biking, hiking, and angling, and three of the best pubs in Hampshire are within a 5 mile radius. As we are a little distance from the main track, I am happy to come and collect guests from Exton if walking.

Nettlebed Farm Holiday Lets, Barn1 of 3

Beautiful oak barn set in traditional english countryside. Placed with own access within 15 acres of private woodland and grazing land, away from the main road for peace and tranquility. Guests are able to have privacy for relaxation and enjoy views of horses grazing and the comings and goings of the British wildlife. Just 4 minute drive to the market town of Bishops Waltham or you can join and follow the infamous Pilgrims Trail and walk there in just 30 minutes.

Pretty, self contained annexe with its own entrance, located between the historic city of Winchester & Southampton and on the doorstep of the New Forest National Park. Great travel links - M3/M27, Southampton Airport & Southampton Parkway station. Studio comprises double bed, kitchen with oven, hob, fridge & microwave. Breakfast bar, which doubles as a workspace, shower room and shared use of patio and garden. We also have a young, bouncy dog!

With its own entrance and small private outdoor area, this property combines rural charm and handy local amenities (bus stop just outside to central Winchester and fantastic local pub just a two minute walk away). Tea and coffee are provided as well as breakfast cereals, bread/butter and fruit jams.
