Nearest pub 5 minutes walk, various bars restaurants shops within ten minute walk. Train station in Windermere 15 minute walk. There is a front and rear garden which has a patio and stream. The Dales way and other walks are within ten minutes.

Quick walking distance to Bowness, just a little further to Windermere.
