Our huge bedroom basically has a 2nd living room in it complete with a pull out bed under the sofa for extra sleeping room and a desk for working. The kitchen is complete with a brand new stove, full size refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. The living room has a dining table for 3 and another pull out couch suitable for sleeping. The house sits on seven mostly wooded acres that abut a scenic beaver pond. The property is located on a quiet unpaved road in rural New Hampshire.

Take a sauna while surrounded by nature all around. Located in the majestic forest of mount Agamenticus, the extensive trail system is off of our road. Short drive to the Ogunquit/York beaches, Outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.
