My husband says, "If you are holidaying at the beach - you must be able to see the water & not just a glimpse". Comfy King Coil mattresses- All bedding, towels, hand towels and bathmats provided. Privacy block out blinds, reverse cycle air-conditioning/heating NBN with free in house WI-FI. No Pets.

It is on the ground floor of our architect designed home. Guests have their own entrance. Kims Place does not provide breakfast but local cafes are within easy walking distance. There is no cooktop or oven in the kitchenette. Guests are encouraged to dine out or use the BBQ on the balcony
