Parkston Schoolhouse

Relax and unwind in this historic converted one-room schoolhouse. Built in 1870, the Parkston Schoolhouse served all grade levels in the Livingston Manor area. The schoolhouse was retired and converted to a cozy cottage style home in the mid 20th century and has recently been renovated into a stylish tiny home getaway. The home is tucked into the hillside along the beautiful, winding Willowemoc Creek and is set amidst a lush Catskill landscape just a five minute drive from Livingston Manor.

The home is on the sleepy Main St of a hamlet with a fully fenced yard for you to relax with kids or pets :) You can truly unwind and enjoy nature without having to leave the property, stroll the rail trail just a few doors down from the house, or use our tips to explore the area!

Built with only non-toxic and all natural materials with a state of the art fresh-air system. Enjoy wildlife or relaxing at the river bend on our 5-acre property or explore the awesome attractions close by: county pool, winery, New Paltz downtown, “gunks” rock climbing, Minnewaska State Park, and more!

Lidar West

Lidar West is a unique mountain home located in the woods by one of New York City's major reservoirs. The main house is a 1400 sqft 2 bed, 2 bath, ideal for families with kids, and there's a sleeping cabin with an additional queen bed, electric heater, and wood burning stove called Hemmelig Rom, which I built myself using oak milled on the property.
