This cottage has a bedroom featuring a queen size bed with an attached bath on the main level, as well as a bonus room upstairs with a full size sleeper sofa. Note that the only bathroom is off of the bedroom. This duplex cottage is one of 9 units at Cape Cod Cottages, with shared amenities including three Level 2 EV chargers, a laundry room and a game room with foosball and ping pong. It’s located directly on Big Stump Beach, with miles of sand in each direction. Waldport - a great location for crabbing and clamming - is just to the North - and the quaint town of Yachats, with tide pools and charming shops and restaurants is just to the South.

This studio space is warm, bright, and colorful, and overlooks the Yachats Bay, coastal mountains, and the Pacific Ocean. It's one of thos most fun rooms in the house with kites dancing across the vaulted ceilings,. Its open studio design includes one queen bed and two twin daybeds, a private bath, and a full kitchen with most anything you may need to cook basic meals during your stay.

Stay in our peaceful cabin, nestled in the forest along the Yachats River. A short 5-10 minute walk will take you to both the beach and downtown Yachats. This special cabin in the Quiet Water community earned an award of merit in Sunset Magazine in 1985! ** Pool and hot tub are only available mid June through Labor Day weekend. Otherwise closed for the winter. **

We love our home, and we know you will too. Seagrass is a perfect place to relax and unwind on a quick getaway or an extended stay. Bring your furry friends, DOGS only- no cats -(up to two), with our approval and a fee of $25 per pooch. Please note that in order to keep our house friendly to non-pet owners alike, we do not allow dogs on furniture.
