The Little Bunkhouse

Welcome to the LITTLE BUNKHOUSE. There is a field with pathways, a bridge to cross and camp site for morning coffee or evening glass of wine. It is Quiet, peaceful and relaxing. There is a challenging putting green. The bunkhouse has 1 queen bed with a small kitchen and bath. This is the place for a peacful getaway for relaxation and only 8 miles to the heart of Prescott. Plenty of hiking right accross the the main road and several small lakes for kayaking or picnicking just minutes away.

This is the country - if animal sounds or the occasional bug or fly bothers you, this is not for you ;). There is no WiFi out there - BUT there’s a Roku TV - it REQUIRES a hot spot. We built our 720 square foot cottage in 2009 on 2.5 acres in an extremely quiet country neighborhood, and it has been very lightly used. The full kitchen has all the major appliances, cooking and eating utensils you will need. There is also a full size laundry setup in the bathroom. Our location is perfect for those attending firearm training at the world renowned Gunsite Academy. Gunsite is an easy 18 minute drive from our cottage in Chino Valley.

McClure Hobby Farm Guesthouse

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Located in south central Chino Valley, 15 miles north of Prescott, this guesthouse is on a small farm with friendly goats and chickens. The balcony overlooks the mountains and at night the sky is full of stars. All friendly dogs are welcome as this house has it's own fenced in yard for a $30 pet fee/stay.
