It takes only 5 minutes to access the Bruce Highway. A 5-minute drive to Dholes Rocks boat ramp & esplanade to access Moreton Bay. North Lakes Westfield Shopping Centre, along with IKEA, Costco and all the big names are also within a 10-minute drive.

Weekend traffic on road can be busy but weekdays are usually quiet. Lockbox entry, no check-in. Driving Distance: 12km & 24 minutes from Brisbane City.

It is a 3 minutes to from Scarborough's village and beach, with restaurants, cafes, bars, parks, walking and cycling tracks. Escape from the everyday and treat yourself.

It lies approximately 10 minutes drive from the rural village of Dayboro, or 20 minutes from Samford Village. There are two other cottages on the property namely Wonga and Figtree cottage.
