It's conveniently located just a few minutes from freeway entrance, restaurants, grocery store, gas stations, pharmacy, etc. The master bedroom features a bathroom with large bathtub and walk-in shower with rainfall showerhead. Fun amenities in lovely Yuma include: off-roading, leisure walks along the Colorado River, tubing, kayaking, nearby water park, movie theaters, dining, shopping, and more.

Enjoy your vacation to the fullest in this charming 3 bed, 2 bath home located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. With guest comfort in mind, we offer 55" flatscreen smart TV's, fast internet service with WiFi included, Disney+ and Netflix, Keurig coffee maker for your morning coffee, and much more. Our house is furnished with contemporary furniture and LG stainless steel appliances. Our fully fenced backyard is very private, complete with a large covered patio, plus patio furniture and bbq grill.

This great place has a spacious master en suite separate from guest bedrooms. On the opposite end of the house you'll find 2 guest rooms separated by a guests bath. One of these rooms is very spacious an it's equipped with a premium king size bed, a flatscreen smart TV, private seating area, as well as a walk-in closet. Ammenities include: Keurig coffee maker, dishwaser, a bbq grill, firepit and outdoor furniture. And it's conveniently located in a peaceful area close to freeway entrance.
