In direkter Lage an der Moselpromenade und der Altstadt hast du beste Ausgangspunkte für Wanderungen, Rad- und Bootstouren oder einen Bummel durch die Altstadt. Das »haus in spay« ist ein historisches Fachwerkhaus, erbaut um 1545 im Moseldorf Zell-Merl. Es liegt unweit des Flusses am Fuß eines sonnenverwöhnten Südhangs an der Mosel, der bekannten Weinregion mit einzigartigem Rieslinganbau und mediterraner Kultur. Das Denkmal-Ensemble mit Haupthaus, dem Ferienhaus und Steilgarten wurde in knapp 10-jähriger Bauzeit und vornehmlich in Eigenleistung aufwendig nach ökologischen und traditionellen Kriterien restauriert.

The apartment has a special atmosphere ... a mixture of old and new and the rooms merge into each other. You first enter the dining area and look through the bright living room with the wide view into the Eifel. Two steps down you´re entering the cozy living room with a big sofa an then you´ll find the sleeping area with double bed (160x200cm) and a stable bunk bed for children and adults. The Wine Quarter was built in 1937 by a family of winegrowers and was thus characterized by viticulture. Later it was then inhabited by a wine merchant. 2016 we bought the house and renovated over two years. Now we hope that you enjoy and experience the Mosel wine region in Pünderich, one of the charming places at the Middle Mosel.
