The Gams has natural stone and oak wood floors, a kitchen with cozy seating area, living room, bedroom, second open loft bedroom and modern bathroom. Explore the loving details to be found throughout the apartment. Our goal is that you look forward to returning "home" at the end of a full day of sports or sightseeing. Von dort aus können Sie die atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Berge und das Inntal, sowohl im Sommer als auch im Winter genießen.

Zum traumhaften Ausblick

Diese Altbauwohnung wurde von mir frisch und liebevoll renoviert und bietet einen unvergesslichen, unverbauten Ausblick mit Südbalkon. Ich bin mir sicher, Sie werden meine Heimat lieben wie ich. Wanderungen oder Radtouren können direkt vor der Haustür starten, und auch die Skipisten sind nur eine große Wiese entfernt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur ca. 200 m entfernt. Bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es einen großen Fernseher mit Netflix und schnelles WLAN.

Hogar elegante y tranquilo con vista maravillosa!

Mi casa se encuentra en una area residencial quieta y central, al lado (5 min a pie) del centro historico de Partenkirchen. Aqui, en la Ludwigstrasse, hay cafés, restaurantes, supermercado y tiendas pequenas de artesanias. Mi apartamento tiene un quarto con cama doble (160x200cm) y bano ensuite e una sala con cocina completamente equipada (nevera, horno, lavaplatos). Hay un balcón muy grande que les brinda el sol de la manana hasta la puesta del sol!

Kurbeitrag Kurbeitrag pro Nacht ab 01.01.2022 Erwachsene 3,50 Euro Kinder von 6 bis einschließlich 15 Jahren Die KURTAXE ist immer separat vor Ort zu bezahlen! 1,50 Euro

Liebevoll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung im Ortsteil Kaltenbrunn, 6km vom Ortszentrum Garmisch Partenkirchen entfernt. Loipe ist zu Fuss erreichbar, Bushaltestelle ist in der Nähe, Parkplatz am Haus.
