宿泊先「下村（したむら）のはなれ」は中央線藤野駅から車で約20分程度の所で、山梨県上野原市と神奈川県相模原市緑区の県境にあります。都会から車で1時間余りで、自然豊かな里山ののどかな風景が広がっています。「下村のはなれ」は我が家の屋号から名付けました。 宿泊用の離れはコンパクトながらプライベートな空間を確保でき、ガーデンルームからは四季折々の風景が楽しめます。この地域では、昭和初期にはまだ車が普及しておらず、主に馬、牛、山羊、鶏などを馬屋で飼育して生活を営んでおりました。我が家の敷地内にリノベーションした馬屋があり、趣のある空間となっております。馬屋もゲスト専用スペースです。お子様連れ歓迎、小型犬1頭までOKです。 また、季節限定ではありますが、原木栽培のしいたけ狩り、タケノコ掘り、わらび取り、柚子の収穫などをお楽しみいただけます。自然の中でリフレッシュしませんか。

禅宗寺院が数多くあり緑深き北鎌倉。山へと続く小径と階段をのぼった山ぎわにこちらの【スミカ探求舎】はあります。 大きな窓の外は大イチョウとモミジ。春は新緑、夏はたっぷりとした葉を茂らせ、秋には黄葉と紅葉、冬は葉を落とした枝の向こうに大船観音が見えます。 階段でしかアクセスできないので駐車場はありません。その代わり車の音は無く、聞こえるのは小鳥のさえずりや、りすが屋根を駆け回る音、風が葉を揺らす音だけです。 庭に出て季節の花を切り部屋の中に活ける。珈琲豆をミルでひき自分で珈琲を淹れる。ここには過度なサービスはありませんが、ご自分が心地良いように、五感を開放してお過ごしください。
