Explore the rockpools upon sunrise and watch the tides come in at sunset while you sip on a wine or two with uninterrupted views. Enjoy dinners cooked over the barbeque with the complimentary hot plate available on deck or head to one of the many local eateries like Caffé Primo in nearby Minlaton or the Tavern on Turton in the popular town of Point Turton, both approximately 15 minutes drive away. Featuring 3 spacious bedrooms consisting of: – · a queen bed with ocean views in room 1 · a queen bed with baby cot in room 2 · and 2 sets of single bunks ideal for children & teens in room 3 All rooms have the added comfort of ceiling fans, while room 3 has also been thoughtfully equipped with books, toys and lamp lights fitted above the upper bunks for your kids to snuggle up with reading for some down time. Each room comes with quilts and covers, as well as pillows. You only need to bring your own sheets and pillow cases. The house also has a washing machine and dishwasher for your convenience. And besides towels, everything else is covered! No matter what time of the year you visit the reverse split system A/C unit in the main lounge will keep you cool and cosy on those hot summer days and cold wintery nights. A privately owned cottage so centerally located you can leave your car and walk to almost everything & has just undergone a total revitalization right through out in refeashing and family friendly decor. The back yard bosts has an awesome Alfrasco BBQ area nestled amongst the old stone fence and paved with old red bricks where you can comfortably seat 10 secluded in the large fully lawned surrounds. Many extras at no extra cost.

A newly built, modern, self contained flat behind the main house. The bedroom has a queen bed and large flat screen TV, separate lounge area with large flat screen TV. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a table and chairs. The bathroom is spacious with a shower, two wash basins and toilet Access to the flat is separate from the main house, and so guests can come and go when they please. Please note that is a one-time fee of $50 applies for accommodating your dog during the stay.

A modern home located 5 minutes walk from Grange beach , hotel, cafes & restaurants . It has high ceilings throughout the house with a large living area that opens out into the alfresco area. There is a train or bus takes you into the city & it's a short walk to Henley square which has lots of eaterys. There is a nice outdoor area to enjoy and a laneway entrance, where you can park two cars comfortably in the double garage. I have recently upgraded to Telstra premuim wifi in Oct 2022.
