The house has a fully equipped Kitchen and a BBQ on the front deck. The Master bedroom has a Super comfortable King bed with quality Linen and a fully tiled ensuite with dual vanity.

Our place is a unique architectural designed passive solar, straw bale home with recycled native wood and natural clay finish. Enjoy the warmth, peaceful feel and views of the beautiful Maraetotara valley. The 30 sqm studio is located within the main house, has a separate entrance, private deck and parking with EV charger. Kitchen with toaster, microwave, fridge, induction cooktop and electric BBQ on deck. Continental breakfast pack for the first day is included.

Built in the 1800's, this cosy cottage retains its original character, with modern comforts. Located just 5km from Tikokino and the popular Sawyers Arms Hotel. Situated on a very special, peaceful, slice of paradise, on an apple orchard, on the northern outskirts of the village. Minutes from Hawkes Bay's amazing attractions. A twenty five minute drive to the Napier airport. Our swimming pool is situated behind the main house, 30 meters over the paddock.
