It is a luxurious self contained studio on a lifestyle block approximately 10 minutes to Palmerston North and 5 Minutes to Ashhurst and 15 minutes to Massey University by car. There is small kitchenette with a microwave, jug, toaster and tea, coffee and a small selection of cereals. Plenty of off street parking with room for bigger vehicles and trailers. You may meet our big fluffy cat Pepper, kitten Ink, crazy chickens and our friendly sheep.

Your private entrance leads to a guest suite attached to our house with a lounge, separate double and single bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchenette with basic supplies for preparing meals.

We are adjacent to Schnell Wetlands walkways. 5 minutes from PN Airport and 10 minutes to Manfeild, the centre of Palmy, or Ashhurst for the famous Gorge Walk. We are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12.
