It was newly built with heat pump / air conditioner during our house renovation. We are in a very central location - 10 minute drive from Auckland CBD and about 10 minute walk to Mt Eden Village and Auckland University Epsom. Here, there are plenty of lovely restaurants and cafes, as well as the main bus route from Mt Eden Village to the airport and the city.

The bedroom has a kitchenette (microwave/bar fridge), dining table and queen bed (there is no kitchen sink). Compact, purpose-built self-contained studio in Woodlands Park Titirangi, with a deck overlooking our lovely tranquil garden. There is a king-sized bed that can be separated into twin beds. We are located perfectly for access to Auckland’s West Coast beaches and the Waitakere Regional Park with its spectacular hills and forests and delightful Titirangi Village. Central Auckland is only 25 mins drive away. The Punga studio is small, but with everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

Self contained private studio in central Parnell. The room has a super king bed or can be split to two singles (by request). Open the french doors & enjoy the view from the balcony towards the City & Sky Tower. A short stroll to Parnell Road, Museum, Rose Gardens, Judges Bay & easy local transport. Lovely inner city suburb of Auckland. There is lots of parking on our quiet street. Smokers, a great out door area to relax.
