Spacious and Comfortable Private Apartment

Third floor (i.e. stairs) spacious apartment with a private entrance. Walking distance to Thompson’s Point, Maine Med and many other trails and attractions. The Old Port is a 5 minute drive (1.5 mi.). There is plenty of free street parking available. Space heaters warm the space in the winter, and a/c is provided in the summer. The house is shared by first floor tenants while our family occupies the second floor. Again, several stairs to navigate, but quite comfortable once you settle in!

5 minutes to the beach , private deck , cozy apartment just a stone's throw from Scratch Bakery. Grab a bagel, or my personal fave, almond horseshoe, and relax on the deck stroll to the beach. One bedroom apartment on the third floor, fully equipped kitchen. Everything you need for a weekend or a winter rental. Our South Portland in-law suite is on a private floor & has its own private entrance at the back of the house. It is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom space with a fully stocked kitchenette and free parking. You'll love being only a 5 minute walk from Willard Beach and walking distance to 2 different lighthouses: Spring Point and Bug Light. You'll also be a 10 minute drive to Old Port.
