This is all about outside living with a semi-outdoor kitchen area and ample outdoor seating areas for BBQs or just relaxing and listening to the birds. It is approached on foot down a sloping track ( it may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues). Peace and Tranquility, yet close to local amenities!

The Happy House

For both contractors and families. This house was five years in the making plus one year for the back garden. Its a bit quirky and all designed with no plan from my overactive mind! I finished the house then got bored so decided to have a go at the garden! for all the guests there is an additional outside toilet for your convenience when your relaxing in the garden. TV and an XBox One in each bedroom. Triple glazed for quiet comfort. Luxury panda bedding on all beds!

Garden Suite

Park on the drive and enter the galley kitchen that leads to a garden oasis, designed for peace and tranquility. Walk across the courtyard with outdoor dining table and enter the cabin which has a bedroom with en-suite and lounge. This is an indoor / outdoor dining experience as well as enjoyment from evenings out in the local restaurants and pubs. There are local walks 15 minutes away. Set back from Green Lane which can be a little busy at certain times of the day.

Pool, jacuzzi, cinema, pool table and table tennis

A superb 5 bedroom, 4 bath, 4800 sq ft home, with 9 metre indoor heated pool & Jacuzzi, cinema room with 100 inch screen and Atmos surround sound, pool table, darts & table tennis. April, May & June fully booked. Just 1 weekend left in July. Summer holidays only last week left (from 31st August). New Year booked but Christmas still available.
