Apartman se sastoji od tri spavaće sobe, kuhinje, blagavaonice, dnevnog boravka, te natkrivene terase sa vanjskom kuhinjom i grillom...a, u sklopu okućnice nalazi se prostrani bazen , dječje igralište , stol za stolni tenis te parking.
