Ovaj prekrasni moderni apartman smješten je na prvom katu Ville Matea. Sastoji se od dvije sobe, jedna ima bračni krevet i toalet u sklopu sobe, a druga ima dva odvojena kreveta. Kuhinja je opremljena sa svim mogućim uređajima, blagavaonicom i pogledom na vanjski vrt i okoliš. U dvorištu se nalazi bazen veličine 45 metara kvadratni i ljetna kuhinja koju je moguće korisiti. Guests can enjoy private beach in front of the house. On the dock, there is a boat mooring and a mooring buoy for guests arriving by boat. Canoe and kayaks are free for our guests.
