The property is 10 minutes walk away from the beautiful Glamorgan Heritage coast and the Welsh Coastal path. There are loads of beautiful walks nearby aswell as two pubs (15 minute walk) and a large co-op (10 minute walk). Wedding venue Gileston Manor is a 1 minute walk away. Great access to Cardiff Airport, Cardiff Stadium, the Principality Stadium and the city centre.

We are one mile from M5 Junc21; but 5 miles to Weston-super-Mare beach, and 10 miles to Bristol airport. Check-in is after 3pm; check-out by 10am.

Our garden coachhouse is a small modern two bedroom house in our garden. It is a lovely self contained unit. We are conveniently located close to Cardiff and Penarth’s Victorian seafront and pier. There are good bus and train links within walking distance (bus stop is 50 feet from house).There is a pub serving food at the end of the road and many restaurants nearby. There are supermarkets nearby. The Principality stadium, Ninian Park football stadium and the Millenium Centre are all close by.

The Old Stable, Llancarfan

The property benefits from beautiful views over the stunning countryside of the Vale of Glamorgan, neighbouring a working farm and stable yard. The Barn comprises one king size bedroom and two single bedrooms, it has an open plan living area with a well equipped kitchen, a shower room and an outside terrace area. There is good wifi access and many excellent local amenities. The barn is within walking distance from a lovely pub. Just 25 minutes from Cardiff and 10 minutes from the coast.

Nicole’s Casa, Is set on its own in a beautiful garden, is a bright clean open plan place to rest and relax, warm in winter with central heating, we have a kitchen equipped with culinary & crockery ,fridge, microwave/oven and ceramic hob top. Work space table and chairs. There is a cosy double bed, sofa, tv and internet . Shower Room and toilet. Near Nicole’s Casa there a working yard that is quiet most of the time occasional movement of vehicles, our family house is opposite the studio.

Independent of main residence, this delightful coach house is less than a mile from Cardiff City Centre. Very close to Principality Stadium, Cardiff City Stadium, Motorpoint Arena, Cardiff Castle, Cardiff Bay, Swalec Stadium, Bike Park Wales, Beacons, beaches. The coach house is a minute’s walk to Victoria Park, which has it’s very own splash park and International Volley Ball Centre. There are lovely coffee shops, delis, restaurants very near offering artisan cakes, bread and fine dining

Self-contained Mountain-top Retreat

Bwthyn Bach (little cottage) is our beautiful, self-contained studio, boasting incredible sunset views of the Brecon Beacons and Pen-y-Fan from your bedside. It’s perfect for a relaxing getaway, with patio and garden facilities accessible. Breakfast basics are included with fresh eggs from our hens when available Please be aware that this is only accessible by a single tarmac track that winds up the mountain. Access in the winter can be limited.

Gwyn Lodge

A self contained bungalow comprising of a bathroom with a bath and a shower, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen diner including a washing machine, iron with ironing board, an electric cooker, microwave and a fridge freezer. A spacious bedroom with a double bed and a suitable laptop work space / dressing table with a hairdryer. The bungalow is well situated on the grounds of our main house and has off road parking is available.

The Lakeside Lodge

Our outhouse at the back of our garden has been lovingly transformed into a cosy, modern studio apartment. With underfloor heating, large sofa's & kitchen /breakfast area it has everything you want for a short or long stay! Separate entrance also makes it private so you can come and go as you wish.
