La casa, una piccola abitazione nel cuore del quartiere Umbertino, ricco di ristoranti, servizi e locali, a pochi passi da Ortigia (circa 500mt), è comodamente raggiungibile in auto ( il parcheggio è libero su strada). Dal 1 giugno 2024 il Comune di Siracusa istituisce la tassa di soggiorno anche per gli affitti brevi, pertanto la tassa di soggiorno è pari a 4€ a notte(cioè 4% del costo del pernotto a notte) fino ad un massimo di 7 notti da pagare dopo avere effettuato il check-in ad Airbnb.

Il mio delizioso monolocale, grazie a due balconi al quarto piano di un palazzo storico al centro di Ortigia, offre una vista mozzafiato sul mare e sui caratteristici tetti della parte vecchia dell'isola. E' molto spazioso ed è dotato di tutto ciò di cui si possa aver bisogno per un soggiorno all'insegna del relax. Io sono Marisa, la padrona di casa, e sono una garanzia di autenticità locale, pronta a soddisfare ogni vostra richiesta. Venite a trovarmi e non ve ne pentirete!
