The guest house is a cozy, modern place perfect for a couple's stay in Spokane. In 2016, we gutted and rebuilt the 550 sq. ft. guest house and insulated it so it is very quiet inside. Kitchen is fully equipped. Channa Acres: This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom 600 square-foot guest house is an apartment inside a pole-barn building. It is located in the back of our private forested 8-acre property. There is a covered parking garage, a large patio area with a BBQ, and a fire pit. No charge for pets provided they are well behaved. Always, fresh farm eggs will be provided for you! We are located 13 miles north of Coeur d' Alene, and 10 minutes from Silverwood.
