It is a spacious and full of light 50 square meter studio apartment on the 5th floor of a prestigious building, located in the heart of Athens, at a 3 minute walk distance from Syntagma metro station and Syntagma (Constitution) square. It is an open plan studio (full living room and bedroom) with a small and well equipped kitchen (microwave oven and two burners, toaster, coffeemaker, kettle, washing machine), a bathroom with shower and a workplace desk. No balcony.
