Central air and heating are throughout this home. There is a washer and dryer and for guests’ safety, this home is equipped with a Smart Lock system, smoke alarms and a fire extinguisher. The cottage consists of one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom with walk-in shower. There’s also a fenced backyard with fire pit and furniture. The Cozy Cottage is centrally located near downtown Noblesville (2 min), Ruoff Music Center (15 min), Grand Park Sporting Complex (20 min), and over 100 miles of trails.

We are so excited to share our historic home with you! We are minutes from downtown and walking distance to great restaurants, a brewery, coffee shop and ice cream shop. One of our favorite spaces is the front porch, it's a great place to relax! If you head out back you can enjoy our hot tub and fire pit. Our home has lots of character but please remember, it's very old! : ) The house has some squeaks and the floors show wear but we think you will find it a great place to create memories!
