There is a private parking (included in the price) in front of the house which is really rare in the historic center. Lokacija je potpuno okružena prirodom, a samim time i atmosfera je mirna i tiha. Postoje brojne biciklističke i pješačke staze, kao i povijesna željeznička ruta Parenzana.
