It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

Apartment is situated in Kaštel Kambelovac near the local road which connects Split(10km) and Trogir(10km). The apartment is on the first floor of a beautiful stone house which is protected as a cultural heritage of City of Kastela.All necessary facilities like the bank,post-office,supermarket,restaurant and bus stop are just 20 m away,and the nearest beach is only 200 m away.
