The outdoor area includes a 24 m² swimming pool, a sunbathing area with sun loungers, a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Both bedrooms have access to the first floor terrace. The villa is fully air conditioned, all rooms are covered with wifi signal and there are 2 outdoor parking spaces.

It consists of two residential units (apartments), which will ensure you more intimacy during your stay. Our traditional istrian stone house is renovated 2020. In front of the house you will find a large covered terrace wich is ideal for relaxing and preparing grilled meals. You can enjoy the natural shade under the hundert years old tree that dominates the courtyard and find refreshment in the pool during warmer summer days, and in the heated pool outside the warm season.
