We are a young busy family with two small kids giving nights away in our boutique studio guest house located in a quiet oasis of Weymouth which is surrounded by beautiful beaches of Manukau harbour, parks and playgrounds, biking trails, rugby club, football valleys and boat ramps. Our beloved granny flat is built according to all the building standards with an insulation, ventilation and PVC double glazing doors/windows. There is a secured off street parking. Located 5 minutes from Aucklands Southern motorway and just 35 minutes from the CBD, and 20 minutes from Auckland Intl Airport. A great place to get away from the busy city. Also handy to the Karaka Bloodstock Centre for those with Equine interests. Plenty of room for parking (including a horsefloat).

Loft @ Nine is a B&B styled studio room above our garage. Located in a quiet, residential area of Pukekohe & 3 mins drive to town, the room is perfect for a couple or single occupant. Please note the angled wall. The self-contained, air-conditioned studio comes with free wifi, private access & onsite parking. Equipped with 1 queen bed, 1 bathroom, a sofa & TV. Milk & light snacks will be provided in the small kitchenette, which includes a mini fridge, toaster, microwave, jug, tea & coffee.

The Onion Shed - comfortable and convenient.

In a previous life this B&B was a shed for sorting & drying onions. This old onion shed has been fully renovated into a beautiful, relaxing studio for two. From your room you have unspoilt rural views of the market gardens. There is a 100yr old oak tree in front of your cottage where you can relax. We offer a continental breakfast which includes toast and cereal with homemade jams and fresh fruit from the orchards.
