The beach is 60 m distance from the property & is accessible through the garden. The house is split into two separate levels (Villa Amelia and Villa Agelos). Amelia 's guests have their fully private level, complete with living area, kitchen, 1 master bedroom & toilet, en suite bathroom. They also have their own patios with sea views.

Sea Satin Sounio... Un estudio en primera línea de mar, renovado en 2021 y marzo de 2022. Dos pequeñas playas limpias, a 08 y 20 metros de la casa, y una gran playa con hamacas a 100 metros de la casa. Opción ideal para cualquiera que quiera pasar unos días, literalmente a un suspiro del mar. Casa tangente a playa Punda Zeza. Acceso al Templo de Poseidón en Sounio (6 km), al Aeropuerto Internacional de Atenas (30 km) y al centro histórico de Atenas (60 km)
