Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Perfectly located on the 'Tarka Trail', only a short walk from the town centre of Barnstaple. Great transport links when working in the area / commuting.

Tucked away at the end of a country lane, The Linhay is walking distance from Barnstaple town centre but surrounded by gorgeous rolling green fields accessible by a public footpath just behind the property. The expansive beach and surf of Saunton Sands is just a 22 minute drive away.

The Barn at Coombe Farm Goodleigh

Easter and Summer bookings are weekly with a Friday check-in. The Barn has been converted in to a beautiful 2 bedroom property for 4 people. It is located in the grounds of Coombe Farm, with a private terrace, hot tub, ceramic barbecue, hammock, garden and access to a shared outdoor pool in summer (June to September). A foot path runs past The Barn, to the village of Goodleigh, where there is a pub. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom. Well behaved dogs are welcome.
