U neposrednoj blizini vlasnici imaju proizvodnju sira pa se mogu degustirati različiti autohtoni sirevi. Također na livadama u blizini mogu se vidjeti ovce kako pasu. Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Welcome to our completely new 4-bedroom villa with a heated swimming pool, al fresco dining area, BBQ, outdoor sauna, and a hot tub. The house also features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a dining area that can accommodate up to ten guests. Our spacious and luxurious property is located in a serene and scenic area, with over 2000 m2 of plot, making it the perfect vacation home. *pool heating season usually between May and October (depending on the weather).

Villa Maria is cozy house situated on the top of the hill. Villa was built in 1781 and completely renovated in 2011. It is standing like a cloud above the famous Motovun forest and Mirna valley. It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.

Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.

Terasa na prvom katu veličine je 40m2 s pogledom na more. Vila se nalazi na velikoj parceli od 3.350 m2. Kuća je udaljena 200 m centra, 200m od trgovine, 5.000m od mora, 200 m udaljena je od restorana, doktor je udaljen 300 m, apoteka je udaljena 300 m.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
