Rundherum befinden sich tolle Weingüter, die gerade im Frühling und Sommer zu vielen Festen einladen. Auch für Wanderer und Radfahrer ist Schwabenheim ein Paradies. Nur wenige Gehminuten von der Ferienwohnung aus kann man schon in wunderschöne Wandertouren starten.

Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt zentral im von Weinbergen umgebenen Grünstadt, oberhalb unseres Geschäftes "Das Stoffatelier", direkt angrenzend an die Fußgängerzone. Von hier aus lässt sich gut die Gegend erkunden. Mit Auto, Fahrrad oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man schnell im nächsten Weindorf. Durch die zentrale Lage an der Fußgängerzone erreicht man schnell zu Fuß verschiedenste Geschäfte und Lokalitäten. Eine Touristinfo ist ca. 100 Meter entfernt.
