Nearby there are many historical towns to visit such as Brsec & Moscenice and the many beaches. We are also close to Rijeka and Opatija where you can visit exhibitions, concerts and events, but also far enough away to live in harmony with natur If you enjoy walking you will find many trails through the untouched nature and perhaps pick the natural raspberries and see deers along the way. For swimming and sun-bathing, Moscenicka Draga and Brsec are only 10 minutes away by car. There is a courtyard so you can relax and enjoy your holiday undisturbed. The ground floor of our home has two fully-equiped apartments exclusive to our guests. Apartment 1 has a kitchen, doubleroom, dining area and bathroom. Apartment 2 is a studio apartment also with a full kitchen, doublebed and bathroom. Apartment No.1 can accomodate 2 to 4 guests. Apartment No.2 (studio) can accommodate 2 guests. Both apartments can be connected inside to accommodate a total of 6 guests. Pricing is as follows: Apartment No.1: 60 euro/night for up to 2 persons Apartment No.2 (studio): 50 euro/night for up to 2 persons. Please contact us for pricing for more than 2 persons. Feel free to ask us - Rafael & Milena for any tips on visiting the local towns and beaches. The historical towns of Moscenice and Brsec are in the vicinity and the beaches and towns along the coastline such as Moscenicka Draga, Lovran and Opatija are all accessible within 10 to 20 minutes by car. There is a osterija (local restaurant) within walking distance which our guests sometimes go to for a local meal.

Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Potpuno novi apartman u 500 godina staroj kamenoj kući u samom centru grada Cresa, samo nekoliko koraka udaljen od glavnog trga, s pogledom na luku prvi red do mora. Ovaj smještaj bogate povijesti nalazi se u prelijepom okruženju luke i nudi brojne zanimljivosti za ugodan odmor. Apartman se nalazi se na drugom katu. Apartman ima veliku sobu za 2 osobe s bračnim krevetom i pomoćni ležaj za 2 osobe. Prostor je klimatiziran i ima WiFi. Uživajte u elegantnom uređenju ovog smještaja u centru Cresa.

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built and is fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

Pozor! Moj apartman se nalazi u samom centru cresa, Lošinjska 53 je moja adresa, aibrnb je pogrešno stavio moju lokaciju, za više informacija obratite se u poruci. Stan se nalazi na 2. katu, ima 52 kvadrata. Ima dvije spavaće sobe te jednu kupaonicu, kuhinju(kompletno oprmeljenu), hodnik i dnevni boravak. Ima pristup internetu te dvije televzije. Pušenje je dozvoljeno. Stan se nalazi 1 minutu od samog centra grada gdje možete pronaći razne restorane, trgovine i sve što vam treba.

Šarmantna Delanija- odmor za ljubitelje prirode

Ovo je minijaturna kuća izgrađena od stare hladnjače uklopljene u kamene zidove. Sav namještaj, stolarija i ukrasi su handmade izrade. Pred kućicom se nalazi malo jezero prepuno života i veliki maslinik. Iza kućice raste mala borova šuma. Gostima je na raspolaganju 2000 m2 okućnice. Kućica se nalazi van sela, od mora je udaljena oko 1km (2 min. automobilom). Market je udaljen oko 1,5km. Grad Krk i Malinska 14 km, trajektno pristanište Valbiska 6,3 km.

Countryside stone house

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. If you have someone along who would like to camp in the garden, feel free to do so. Just make sure to note this in reservation. Warm welcome!

Cozy self-standing house

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

Old stone house located in an abandoned rustic village with only 3 houses. The house has a large fenced yard 700m2 and terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the island of Cres. It is self-sustaining and gets electricity and water from natural resources.Keep on mind that there is an unpaved road leads to the house.
